Material Suppliers Are Exempt From The Stay At Home Order

Governor Newsom has inserted clarifying language, to confirm what was already believed, that material suppliers in construction are exempt from the stay at home order. You can see the insertion of “construction material suppliers” in the section regarding Essential Workforce – Public Works on page 3 of the order; and the insertion of “construction material sources” in the section regarding Other Community-Based Government Operations and Essential Functions Essential Workforce on page 11.  Go to the below link for guidance
