Holly Rollins
Construction Paralegal
Holly’s has deep roots in the construction industry. Her “construction DNA” began with her grandfather, a plumber, and continued through the next generation with her uncle, a landscaper, and her dad, a patio cover and sunroom contractor. Today, Holly has combined that family background in construction with her passion for the legal profession as a construction paralegal at Plumtree & Brunner LLP.
Growing up, Holly and her sisters never had much interest in construction. To them, their dad’s job simply meant driving around town in an old Chevy truck. It was not until Holly began working part-time for her father’s construction company while in college that she developed a true appreciation for both the family business and the construction industry as a whole.
What started as a temporary college job working for her dad’s company ultimately turned into a 20-year career in the construction industry. After graduating from college, Holly joined her dad’s company full-time, managing the office and gaining invaluable firsthand experience in construction operations and business management. She is especially grateful for the lessons her father taught her about construction, running a business, and navigating the many challenges and rewards that come with it.
Fast forward to today. Holly’s dad is nearing retirement, which has given Holly the opportunity to pursue her interest in the law and attend South Coast College to earn her paralegal degree.
Immediately after graduating from paralegal school, Holly combined her extensive construction background with her legal training by joining Plumtree & Brunner LLP, where she found the perfect fit as a construction paralegal.
Outside of work, Holly enjoys listening to podcasts, especially true crime podcasts, watching true crime shows, and taking spin classes. Most of all, she enjoys spending time with her family and playing with her nieces and nephews.
