Ferdi Trampe is a transactional construction attorney with Plumtree & Brunner LLP who has over 30 years of experience representing developers, general contractors and subcontractors with both litigation and transactional issues.
Ferdi started his carrier as a litigation attorney representing developers, general contractors, and subcontractors in complex construction defect cases.
After eight years of litigation, Ferdi expanded his practice to include business formations and other business transactions necessary for construction contractors to maintain and/or grow their businesses.
He assists construction contractors with formation and dissolution of both corporations and LLCs as well as drafting articles of incorporation, bylaws, operating agreements, corporate minutes, and shareholder agreements.Ferdi is an avid golfer who spends most of his free time on the golf course.
